Alloy Steel Plate Sheets description
Alloy steel sheet is an industrial product that is generally used in various industries applications. Our stock of alloy steel plates includes thickness of 3mm up to 100mm with width of 1500mm, 2000mm, and 2500mm. It is been designed from alloys such as chromium, molybdenum, nickel, manganese, silicon etc. The elements are added in diverse proportions that help to improve the formability and hardness of the product. Alloy Steel Plates Grades are ASTM A387 Gr 5, ASTM A387 Gr 9, ASTM A387 Gr 11, ASTM A387 Gr 12, ASTM A387 Gr 22 and ASTM A387 Gr 91.
Alloy steels can be divided into low-alloy steel, medium-alloy steel and high-alloy steel.Alloy Steel plate with Cr., Mo means A number of Cr ,Mo or Cr-Mo elements can be added to steel in order to make it suitable for specialized application. Most of Steel with Cr., Mo.,Cr-Mo.is belong to alloy structural tool steel or the steel for pressure vessels.
4130 alloy steel sheet is low-alloy steels containing chromium and molybdenum as strengthening agents. It provides good strength and toughness, weldability and machinability.
4140 alloy steel sheetcontains chromium, molybdenum, and manganese it is a low alloy steels. It has high toughness, fatigue strength, abrasion and impact resistance and torsional strength. It has high ductility and can be formed by using conventional techniques in the annealed condition.
6150 alloy steel sheet is a fine grained, highly abrasion resistant carbon-chromium alloy steel.

About Cutting Processing: thickness range is 3~600mm, width is below 4100mm.
